Fisher Dynamics is seeking a Sr. Electrical Technician for our Saint Clair Shores, MI campus. This position involves working with electronic control equipment and apparatus associated with automated machine tools, servo-mechanisms, and complex electro-mechanical systems. The role requires broad technical knowledge and specialized skills in equipment design and troubleshooting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose & troubleshoot machinery and equipment, perform repairs
• Collaborate with engineers and mechanics on new equipment installation
• Assist in plant layout change-overs, including moving machines and control equipment
• Wire machinery, enclosures, and control panels
• Use software to diagnose machine issues and automate processes
• Read electrical schematics and related documents for diagnostics and repairs
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Perform other duties as required

Education

Formal training leading to Electrician status in Machine Repair or equivalent experience

Experience

Eight+ years of relevant experience
