Aspire Talent Solutions in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Sr. Electrical Estimator for industrial EPC and data center construction. This onsite role coordinates with engineering, procurement and construction teams to deliver accurate estimates for nationwide projects.

Responsibilities include detailed quantity takeoffs, cost evaluation of materials and subcontractors, and developing bid packages while maintaining historical cost data to improve accuracy. Travel nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Electrical construction estimating experience in industrial, commercial, EPC, or mission-critical work.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of electrical materials, installation methods, and labor requirements.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and subcontractor bid evaluation.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam, McCormick, Accubid or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Sr. Electrical Estimator – Industrial EPC & Data Center Construction

Location: Houston, TX

Fully onsite. 40-45 hours week M - F.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex electrical construction projects nationwide, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to develop accurate and competitive estimates.

Prior data center experience is not required. We are interested in electrical estimators with strong technical construction backgrounds who can bring their expertise to this growing sector.
