Experience in estimating complex Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Historical, Research Labs, and Government projects is desired. AccuBID or directly related estimating software desired at an advanced to expert level required.

You'll be marketing and building customer relationships. Excellent follow-up, attention to detail and telephone "Closing" skills required. Estimating commercial space tenant fit out, renovations and small out of ground work will be part of your responsibilities. You'll be supervising one to two take-off support and administrative staff.
