United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer, Hardware Reliability for the Starlink program. You will lead electrical hardware failure analysis, PCBAs reliability, and the production process quality, in a high-visibility, hands‑on role.
You will work with design, software, test, and manufacturing teams to improve yield and reliability, using advanced diagnostic tools and robust root‑cause methods. This onsite role demands deep hardware expertise and strong communication.

SR. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, HARDWARE RELIABILITY (STARLINK)

Starlink is the world’s largest satellite constellation and is providing fast, reliable internet to 12M+ users worldwide. We design, build, test, and operate all parts of the system – thousands of satellites, consumer receivers that allow users to connect within minutes of unboxing, and the software that brings it all together. We’ve only begun to scratch the surface of Starlink’s potential global impact and are looking for best‑in‑class engineers to help maximize Starlink’s utility for communities and businesses around the globe.
As a Sr. Electrical Engineer on the Starlink team, you will be responsible for electrical hardware failure analysis, PCBA reliability, and quality of the PCBA production process. This is a high‑visibility, hands‑on role and engineers on this team are responsible for solving systemic production issues, running root cause of failures from end to end, and working to drive process changes for continually improving product quality. Engineers in this role are expected to become intimately familiar with the circuits, manufacturing processes, and test procedures for the designs they support.
