Entrust Solutions Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineer/Technical Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in guiding our engineering disciplines and ensuring our staff are prepared for successful project and program execution.

As an Electrical Engineer/Technical Lead, you will lead and mentor engineering design teams, providing technical guidance on medium and large complex projects. You will apply your extensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles to diverse natural gas facilities project assignments involving electrical control and power systems, making authoritative decisions that impact design outcomes. Responsibilities will include hazardous area classification (HAC) compliance and design; grounding system design, electrical one-line diagram, wiring diagram, schematics, and P&ID design; and cable and conduit design and implementation. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Project Managers and technical management to enhance processes and designs. Maintaining high technical expertise is essential, and you will identify training needs and organize relevant programs to ensure continuous learning. Building and sustaining relationships with key engineers and officials in other organizations will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring our practices align with current standards and innovations. You will also help develop new quality control systems, in addition to performing engineering quality reviews of drawings and calculations to ensure adherence to ENTRUST's QA/QC and ISO 9001 policies and standards. Additionally, you will lead the training and development of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

This is a remote opportunity, preferably based in the Midwest US. Flexibility on location will be considered for the right candidate.
