Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Senior-level engineer responsible for directing and coordinating the discipline's technical efforts on multiple large projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Plan and coordinate projects of varying sizes, from $5M to over $200M.
• Develop, approve, and coordinate work schedules for junior engineers, designers, and drafters, ensuring objectives related to cost, quality, and time are met.
• Conduct site visits, perform power systems analysis, develop project site plans, electrical equipment lists, motor load lists, and manage projects as the lead electrical engineer, including startup, commissioning, and testing activities.
• Resolve technical issues, enforce project standards, and ensure code compliance.
• Provide guidance on design and technical issues to subordinate engineers.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Sr. Engineer IV: Bachelor's degree, 10 years experience, PE license

Sr. Engineer III: Bachelor's degree, 12 years experience, PE license

Sr. Engineer II: Bachelor's degree, 14 years experience, PE license

Sr. Engineer I: Bachelor's degree, 15 years experience, PE license
