Job summary

AbbVie in the Southwest region seeks a leader to guide Clinical Account Executives across Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas, Denver and surrounding areas. You will shape strategy, elevate performance, and ensure compliant promotional execution while advancing AbbVie\'s leadership in hematology/oncology through strong account management.

You will coach and develop teams, translate strategy into action, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver patient-focused

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7+ years of experience within pharma/biotech.
  • Oncology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.
  • PERFORMANCE: history of consistently delivering top results

Job Description

*This role is field-basedand candidates should live within the territory. This territory includes Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas NV, Denver CO and the surrounding areas.*

Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Southwest region to shape and execute strategies that enhance AbbVie's leadership in Multiple Myeloma through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution. This leader creates clarity, builds belief, develops people, and inspires purposeful execution that delivers lasting business results. Success requires the ability to elevate others, navigate change, and foster a culture where high performance and accountability are the standard.
