Job summary

FPC National is seeking a strategic Head of Global Sourcing to lead a cross-functional team across direct materials and finished goods. You will shape global sourcing strategies, drive cost optimization, and align supplier performance with growth and margin targets.

Reporting to a senior executive, you will build scalable procurement processes, manage a diverse supplier base, and partner with Product Development to influence design and cost.

Job description

This is a new role created due to business growth and expansion for an individual to strategically lead global sourcing efforts across multiple businesses and product lines for a commercial / consumer goods manufacturing client. Primarily focused on direct materials and finished product categories of spend with significant global / LCC supply base orientation.

Key Priorities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team while building the next generation of sourcing talent
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies aligned with growth, margin, and business objectives
• Lead cost optimization: should-cost, VA/VE, total landed cost, and low-cost-country (LCC) sourcing initiatives
• Drive measurable results across cost, NPD, supplier performance, supply base optimization, and working capital
• Partner early with Product Development and Product Management to influence design, cost, supplier selection, and new product development
• Optimize the global supply base across Asia, LCC, nearshore, and other strategic markets
• Strengthen supply continuity, risk management, and global sourcing resilience
