You will play a key role in influencing corporate quality strategies, collaborating with global teams, and championing excellence in product reliability and performance.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive Quality Excellence: Lead departmental resources and production staff to meet and exceed enterprise-level quality standards.
  • Act as the quality champion, coaching teams on best practices in quality control and root-cause prevention.
  • Customer-Centric Quality Leadership: Serve as a dedicated customer support interface, advocating for continuous improvement and superior production performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to implement defect prevention measures and performance improvement programs.
  • End-to-End Quality Oversight: Manage quality requirements across in-house manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Conduct audits of quality systems and key functional processes to maintain world-class standards.
  • Strategic Influence: Define and establish quality standards for Supermicro’s innovative products.
  • Provide critical design review feedback to R&D and PM teams to enhance product quality.
  • Contribute expertise to business agreements and OEM contracts, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

  • Experience: 18+ years of leadership in electronic and computer product quality management systems, preferably in the server and high-end computing industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in system integration, quality audits, and customer service advocacy for product excellence.

  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of product quality principles, control systems, and audit hosting.

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $230,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
