Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an Inventory Planner to review inventory positions across multiple locations and plan purchases from a diverse supplier base. You will forecast demand, upload data into management systems, and develop SKU forecasts with senior sales leaders.

The role emphasizes efficiency improvements, supplier relationship management, and timely expediting when needed, with duties including data uploads and ongoing model development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4+ years of related experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Experience in planning and purchasing inventory across multiple locations and supplier bases.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review inventory position and analyze inventory needs across multiple locations, responsible for planning and purchasing inventory from multiple supplier base to support multi-tiered distribution network and place orders with suppliers, monitor and expedite product when required, and manage supplier relationships
• Understand basic principles of supplier lead time, inventory days on hand, demand variability and forecasting
• Upload sales, inventory, and forecasting data into supplier inventory management systems
• Develop SKU forecast based on historical sales and recent trends
• Develop short term and long-term volume forecasting models working with senior members of the sales function
• Review current work practices and look for opportunities to streamline and more effectively manage process
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
