Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation in Austin, TX seeks a Sr Director, Marketing Operations to shape the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enable intelligent decisions and accelerate growth.

You will lead a global team, partner with executive management for long-term planning, mentor and develop the team, and drive data quality, attribution and ROI, aligning with omni-channel campaigns and reporting.

Qualifications

• Interacts with senior management; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com preferred.
• Ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, attribution, ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth.
• Leads all marketing operations including marketing technology stack strategy, roadmap, administration, lead routing, scoring, segmentation, targeting, campaign tracking and attribution, marketing database contact, quality, data compliance (GDPR) and accuracy.
• Partners with field marketing to assist in developing omni-channel campaign strategy and plans.
• Accountable for data quality and accuracy across Marketing systems.
• Drive marketing performance measurement to drive actionable insights with executive-level reporting.
• Monitor, analyze and report on the marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, funnel efficiency, TAM penetration and goal achievement.
• Partner with marketing leaders on long-term planning, strategy and infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor and develop a global marketing technology, operations and analytics team.
