Epicor is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and test robust software solutions. In this role you will contribute to architecture discussions, reviews, and drive product enhancements across enterprise ERP and related systems.
You will mentor team members, help establish coding standards, and work with Azure AI and modern development practices to deliver high-quality software.
Design, develop, refactor, and test new and existing applications and framework components to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in architecture, design discussions, and code reviews to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable product functionality. Mentor and support developers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, training, and best practice adoption. Develop, analyze, and maintain tools that automate and support hardware and software product release processes. Continuously improve coding standards, development methodologies, and engineering practices across the team. Create accurate work estimates, proactively manage deliverables, and consistently deliver quality solutions on time. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to provide recommendations and drive product enhancements.
5+ years’ experience in software development, with strong proficiency in C#, Microsoft .NET technologies, and application development best practices. Experience applying shift-left engineering practices, including test automation, secure coding, code quality management, CI/CD, and early defect prevention. Experience developing solutions with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development platforms. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with enterprise business applications such as ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or financial management software. Ability to quickly learn new technologies, business domains, and industry concepts while adapting to changing priorities. Bachelor of Science degree, Bachelor of Arts degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience mentoring developers and fostering technical growth within engineering teams. Passion for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and driving innovation through modern development practices.

Range: Minimum: $105,000 USD Maximum: $178,000 USD The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
