This position is intended to be transferred to a new, independent company named Solstice Advanced Materials upon separation, expected in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Sr. Director Legal Operations at Advanced Materials, your responsibilities include:

1. Managing and optimizing legal department processes and workflows, including contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contract excellence initiatives.
2. Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of legal technology tools and systems to streamline operations.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve legal processes and communication with other business units.
4. Managing the legal department budget and tracking expenses.
5. Administering outside counsel spend and matter management.
6. Developing and leading legal strategies, including digital strategies (such as STRAP or functional updates).
7. Leading solutions for record management and e-Discovery processes.
