  • Lead capital planning and execution for expansions, renovations, equipment installations and critical utilities, supported by disciplined governance, investment prioritization and strong vendor partnerships.
Drive Reliability and Operational Performance

  • Strengthen CMMS, work-order and spare-parts discipline, using lifecycle data and root-cause analysis to reduce recurring failures and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
Protect Our People, Products and Operations
  • Set enterprise standards for environmental health and safety, industrial hygiene and regulatory compliance across cultivation, manufacturing, warehousing and maintenance environments.
  • Lead governance for incident investigations, safety committees and corrective and preventive actions, building a proactive culture of risk reduction.
  • Represent the organization during regulatory inspections and third-party audits relating to infrastructure, maintenance, safety, security, sanitation, and hygiene.
  • Provide strategic direction for sanitation and hygiene programs that protect product quality and meet GPP, GACP and GMP requirements.
  • Oversee physical security, access control, surveillance and loss-prevention frameworks that safeguard people, products and facilities.
Build Capability and Accountability
  • Lead and develop functional leaders across facilities, maintenance, safety, sanitation and security, establishing clear expectations, decision rights and performance standards.
  • Own budgets and performance measures and partner across Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to anticipate constraints, prioritize investment and resolve enterprise risk.
  • Ensure infrastructure, maintenance, safety, security, sanitation, and hygiene are performing at a level that ensures renewal of all certifications.
What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability systems, including CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Commercial and financial strength, with experience leading environmental health and safety, sanitation, security, budgets, vendors and performance through accountable functional leaders.
