Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Clinical Research for the CVM area, leading early kidney-focused RNAi programs. You will drive clinical strategy, advance first-in-human and proof-of-concept studies, and ensure operational excellence.

The role requires MD/MD-PhD with nephrology expertise and 5+ years in early-phase renal drug development, with cross-functional collaboration and external engagement key to success. Hybrid work located in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with nephrology specialization preferred.
• 5+ years in early-phase CVM or renal drug development, including trial design.
• Experience in regulatory interactions and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical program leadership.
