The Manager of Professional Development creates, manages, and evaluates professional development activities designed to facilitate and strengthen leadership development, workforce development, and new employee orientation. Partners with executive leaders and Human Resources to assess development needs, implement learning strategies, facilitate leadership and workforce development initiatives, and oversee programs promoting talent development, organizational readiness, and succession planning. Responsibilities include assessing workforce and leadership development needs, implementing programs to build internal talent and organization readiness. Evaluates outcomes to support workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and long-term organizational success.
