Job DescriptionThe Director of Estimating must be an energetic, self-motivated, and innovative individual who shall possess the skills required to successfully develop and execute estimating tasks, deliverables, be a collaborative team player, and shall be a strong leader to drive collaboration amongst all groups within CRB. She/he creates brand differentiation and pre-eminence for CRB in the market by working with teams to drive and support project estimating expertise, excellence, and standardization.
