Job summary

Capital One is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead AI/ML platforms across the enterprise, driving real-time data systems and scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with world-class researchers, engineers and business leaders to translate concepts into production, mentor TPMs, and expand a TPM discipline while delivering high‑reliability, cross‑functional impact across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience designing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• Experience building distributed systems and highly available services on cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM efforts to drive AI/ML platform programs from concept to production.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, business leaders across lines of business to deliver impact.
• Mentor TPMs and help grow the TPM discipline within the team.
• Identify risks and drive execution with measurable business impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable decisions across product, engineering, design and data science.
