Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Program Management to lead programs delivering on critical business goals and building large-scale data products and platforms. You will drive AI/ML initiatives across the enterprise, partnering with researchers, engineers and business leaders to take concepts to production with reliability and speed.

You will also sculpt the TPM discipline within the team, mentor other TPMs, and communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
