Job Description

The EX BU is the result of ServiceNow’s acquisition of Moveworks in late 2025 and its unification with the HR Service Delivery portfolio. The business is now in hypergrowth and represents one of the most exciting growth environments in enterprise AI.

The GVP of Moveworks Sales owns delivery of the Employee Experience revenue target – and is seeking a Sr. Director, Sales Enablement to act as a critical strategy partner, senior operator, and right hand. This role comes with a mandate to define and own the strategic and operating outcomes that directly drive BU performance for one of ServiceNow's most strategic bets.

We are thus seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director of GTM Enablement to join our EX BU Sales Leadership Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the enablement strategy for our GTM Ecosystem. Partnering with GTM Leadership we are looking to equip our employees with the knowledge and resources they need to successfully promote and sell EmployeeWorks.

Key responsibilities

  • Author and drive our GTM Ecosystem enablement strategy with GTM leadership to identify quantitative and qualitative keys to success; proactively engage with regional leadership teams to identify, prioritize, and execute quarterly enablement plans aligned to the broader strategy.
  • Lead a team of enablement managers who own the design, development, and implementation of tailored enablement programs to address the unique needs of different parts of the GTM Ecosystem.
  • Partners with GTM Ecosystem and regional teams to identify gaps in knowledge and processes, determine learning and performance objectives, and deploy scalable instructional strategies and tools.
  • Leverage various delivery formats, including classroom-based, online self-paced, and blended learning, focusing on content that encompasses both traditional sales and technical-leaning presales enablement.
  • Design best-in-class on-demand content and in-person training sessions, build supporting enablement assets, and facilitate delivery as appropriate to support both sales and presales functions. Coach managers and Director+ regional leadership to drive consistent execution and capability building.
  • Leverage assets and insights from global programs to drive knowledge acquisition, skills development, and community collaboration across regional and global enablement teams.
  • Prioritize needs around third-party training and events; work to secure budget, plan, and deliver events including Sales Kickoffs and other strategic enablement initiatives.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive certification program to assess participant knowledge levels pre- and post-enablement sessions.
  • Continuously gather feedback, iterate on enablement programs, and be maniacal about metrics and impact to drive measurable improvement and business results.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Proven ability to scope, design, deliver, and measure effectiveness of strategic enablement programs.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for all audience levels, including executives; demonstrated ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives.
  • Expertise in creating intuitive, memorable, and visually appealing assets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and resolve roadblocks.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills—you can distill complex information into clear, compelling, and easy-to-follow content. Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating or updating on-demand learning content (e-learnings, guided walkthroughs, LMS modules).
  • Experience supporting sales enablement efforts, such as updating pitch decks, product marketing collateral, competitive battlecards, sales plays, or other training materials.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other key stakeholders; ability to establish and build close working relationships with strong personal credibility and influencing skills.
  • In-depth understanding of sales and technical delivery teams with expertise in value-based selling; enterprise and technical selling experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in defining metrics and evaluating results delivered.
  • Proficiency with GTM tools like Office 360, Google Workspace, Notion, and Gong.
  • Team-oriented planner and decision-maker with an ability to creatively drive alignment and deliver results.
