Job Description:

This is a crucial role supporting the Digital agenda as part of the PN Digital First Transformation program over the next 3 years. The primary purpose is to provide finance support to digital projects transforming Supply and Demand, with an expected investment of around ~$800m. This is a project-based role lasting 2-3 years.

Remote candidates will be considered. The role supports Digital teams working on Transformation, collaborating closely with the existing DT Finance team and the Transformation PMO team.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in a finance or planning environment, preferably in a global organization. Shared service center experience is a plus.
• Global stakeholder engagement requiring flexibility for meetings outside normal hours.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Agility in designing, developing, and adjusting plans based on program demands and learnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial planning, analysis, and insights for Digital Transformation Projects.
• Investment support to the Transformation Program Lead and Project Managers.
• Cost classification for Transformation-related and non-eligible costs.
• Periodic and quarterly cost reporting to the Transformation Office.
• Managing the PN DT segment transformation ledger with governance and control.
• Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders and supporting the existing DT Finance team.
