Job description

This is a crucial role supporting the Digital agenda as part of the PN Digital First Transformation program over the next 3 years. The primary purpose is to provide finance support for Digital projects transforming Supply and Demand, with an expected investment of around $800m over the coming years. This is a project-based role with an expected duration of 2-3 years.

Remote candidates will be considered for this role.

The role supports the Digital teams working on Transformation and collaborates closely with the existing DT Finance team supporting BAU DT operations. Close collaboration with the Transformation PMO team is essential for success.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in a finance or planning environment; experience in a global organization is preferred. Shared service center experience is a plus but not required.
• The role is global, requiring flexibility to participate in meetings outside of normal business hours in the local time zone.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Agility to design, develop, and adjust based on demand within the PN DT Transformation program. This is an uncertain environment requiring flexibility and learning agility. The role concludes with the Transformation DT project.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Financial planning, analysis, and insights development for Digital Transformation Projects.
• Providing investment support to the DT Transformation Program Lead & Project Managers.
• Classifying costs across Transformation eligible (Non-OP) and non-eligible costs.
• Reporting costs periodically and quarterly to the PN Transformation Office.
• Managing the PN DT segment transformation MGS ledger, ensuring governance and control.
• Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders across Digital Technology and supporting the existing DT Finance team with expertise and knowledge sharing.
