Summary:
The Sr. Digital Strategist is responsible for managing and representing high-priority clinical services on Childrens.com and other digital properties. This role is responsible for the optimization of the content and experience for those clinical services on Childrens.com. The Sr. Digital Strategist works with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Clinical, Service Line, and other teams throughout the organization to gather the stakeholder's digital needs and requirements. The Strategist will develop digital solutions to meet those needs based on best practices and provide guidance to stakeholders on development based on strategic brand and business objectives. The Sr. Digital Strategist will work with internal marketing team members as needed (i.e. site editors, designers, technical team, etc.) to develop the site content and functionality.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact on the digital team for high-priority clinical services for all digital experiences that impact the consumer audience. Serve as an additional resource for additional service lines as needed.
* Work with assigned clinical services and other internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and develop and implement a digital strategy (inclusive of SEO, PPC, content marketing, information architecture, and user experience) to meet those needs on digital platforms (desktop, mobile web, mobile applications, and tablet). Collaborate with other digital strategists to perform UX research and continuously improve the experience for assigned service lines.
* Analyze and report on digital performance of assigned clinical services to ensure consumer needs and business goals are met. Communicate successes to the team and advocate for adoption of new best practices across all digital assets. Communicate action plans when performance falls short.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years in a digital marketing role (or equivalent) Required
* At least 7 years in Marketing or Agency (total combined marketing/digital experience) Required
* Experience working in a hospital or in healthcare Preferred
* Experience with hardware and software; PC operation (basic hardware and operating system) advanced proficiency is Required
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
