$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Senior Digital Product Manager is sought to drive the strategy and execution of digital experiences around customer acquisition and optimize the loan application journey. This role is ideal for a data-driven product leader with a proven track record in customer experience optimization, particularly in fintech or consumer lending environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of funnel performance, A/B testing, and UX collaboration to improve conversion and reduce friction in the application process.
This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 2-3 times per week in one of the following locations: Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, or New York, NY.
Sr Digital Product Manager, Customer Acquisition Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer acquisition initiatives, with a focus on optimizing the digital loan application funnel.
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to frame customer pain points, define hypotheses, and execute a robust A/B testing roadmap.
- Translate ambiguous data into actionable insights, defining product requirements and success metrics that align with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and execution plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing features that enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that all product decisions are grounded in user research, behavioral data, and market trends.
Sr Digital Product Manager, Customer Acquisition Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within fintech, lending, or consumer platforms.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and UX optimization, with a portfolio of measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with design and engineering teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
