Job summary

Target Printing Services (TPS) in Minnesota seeks a Senior Digital Press Operator to drive printing projects, operate and maintain digital presses, and ensure quality output for internal and external materials.

You will work on-site at a Target HQ location, manage production tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating digital printing presses.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean digital press equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Oversee delivery operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely output.
• Maintains or exceeds established quality benchmarks.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive environment.
• Accurately record production data in the Monarch data collection system.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Train team members as directed by the supervisor.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback for process improvements.
• Flex across cost centers to support business demands.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Operate a variety of digital printing equipment and finishing equipment.
• Support the creation of high-quality printed materials for internal and external use.

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45

• Operate a variety of digital printing equipment, including Xerox, Konica, HP Digital Press, flatbed printers, Hunkeler, Canon/Océ, and other finishing equipment.
• Support the creation of high-quality printed materials for internal and external use.

About You

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating digital printing presses.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Be available to work holidays during peak production periods.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting job tickets.
• Familiarity with print production software is preferred.
• Skilled in machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
