Target Printing Services (TPS) at Target HQ in Minnesota seeks a Lead Large Press Operator to manage press readiness, run and wash up, and oversee delivery to ensure quality output. You will ensure safety and accuracy while keeping production data up-to-date in Monarch.

Join TPS to lead press operations, mentor teammates, and support continuous improvements in a fast-paced print production environment on-site, with a strong emphasis on detail and reliability.

Competenze

• 5+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods.
• Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets.
• Print Production software knowledge preferred.

The pay range per hour is $25.96 - $46.68
