What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable, high-performance health data interface engine
- Create detailed technical design artifacts considering system dependencies and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the strategic roadmap and align with program vision
- Develop and implement performance metrics for high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a health technology environment, with a focus on scalable data interfaces
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of industry-leading HL7 interface engines such as Iguana and Intersystem
- Experience with HL7 FHIR, HL7 CDA, and HL7 v2 design and development
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Java
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and implementing DevOps practices
