What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable, high-performance health data interface engine
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide the execution of the strategic roadmap and align with overall program vision
- Develop and implement performance metrics to improve the effectiveness of high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Facilitate decisions on project scope, task duration, and design requirements
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a health technology environment, with a proven track record in developing scalable data interfaces
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of HL7 interface engines and experience with HL7 FHIR, HL7 CDA, and HL7 v2
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Java
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and implementing DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
