Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing high-end design across digital advertising (static ads, landing pages, motion/storyboard).
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce production-ready work.
• Proficiency with AI platforms to streamline workflow and generate images.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated creative, not templated work.
• Experience developing storyboards for motion/video content with pacing and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts with diverse aesthetics and feedback styles.
• Self-starter able to own projects end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail and design craft for premium outcomes.
• Nice-to-have: motion design or animation (After Effects).
• Nice-to-have: landing page and email design experience.
• Experience designing for UI or app-based brands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own Design Execution for Premium Brand AccountsLead the design output for high-profile clients, producing best-in-class creative across static ads, landing pages, and motion storyboards. Ensure all work meets a high standard of craft, polish, and visual excellence expected from premium brands.

Elevate Creative Quality Across ProjectsAct as a senior creative resource for the team, stepping in to refine and elevate work when a higher level of design is needed. Bring a strong point of view on visual direction, layout, and aesthetics to consistently raise the bar.

Develop Storyboards and Visual DirectionCreate clear, compelling storyboards and visual frameworks for motion and video content. Partner closely with editors and motion designers to bring concepts to life while maintaining alignment with the overall creative vision.

Contribute to Concepting and PitchesSupport creative ideation and contribute to pitch decks for new and existing clients. Help translate strategic ideas into visually engaging concepts that communicate value and differentiate our work.

Ensure Brand Consistency and QualityMaintain consistency across all deliverables, ensuring designs align with client brand guidelines while still feeling fresh, elevated, and platform-appropriate.

Collaborate to Strengthen Creative OutputWork closely with design pod leads, creative strategists, and cross-functional partners to push the quality and effectiveness of the team’s output. Share feedback and ideas that help improve creative across accounts.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-end design taste across digital advertising, including static ads, landing pages, and motion/storyboard work.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to execute polished, production-ready creative.
• Proficiency with AI platforms to streamline workflow and generate images
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated creative, delivering work that feels premium and tailored rather than templated.
• Experience developing storyboards for motion and video content, with an understanding of pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Comfort managing multiple brand accounts, adapting to different aesthetics, standards, and feedback styles.
• A self-starter mindset, with the ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail and design craft, with a passion for creating visually compelling, high-performing work.
• Nice To Have
• Motion design or animation skills (e.g., After Effects).
• Landing page and email design experience
• Experience in a performance creative or agency environment.
• Experience designing for UI or app-based brands.

Salary Range: $65 hourly

Temporary employment with the potential to go to FTE at 3-6 months

Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individual’s qualifications and experience.
