GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Senior Design Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing and contributing to the execution of creative work supporting marketing, sales and new product launches. This role is highly collaborative with cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life through creating compelling visuals, while also managing and mentoring a small team of designers and a copywriter. The ideal candidate would be someone who can jump into projects directly, elevate ideas into compelling campaigns, guide others through the process, and help improve workflow to ensure projects are produced on time, on budget and on brief.
