Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical distribution design experience OR 5-7+ years of electrical utility design experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and related design tools.
• Ability to lead client meetings and provide construction support.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from start to finish including scoping and budget estimation.
• Conduct design reviews and client discussions.
• Contribute to team knowledge and seek new project opportunities.

Lead a dynamic design team! You’ll manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. This includes scoping, setting project timelines, estimating budgets, and delivering high-quality design packages.

You’ll be responsible for design reviews and will frequently meet with clients and construction crews to discuss project scopes and execution plans. As a technical leader, you’ll contribute to the continual improvement of team knowledge and actively seek new project opportunities by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering at ABET accredited university
• 3-5 years of electrical distribution design experience OR 5-7+ years of electrical utility design experience
