  • Provide regular and ad hoc performance reporting with clear root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning cycles and help drive alignment across key business partners.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle transitions, including New Product Introductions (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) planning, to support supply continuity and healthy inventory levels.
  • Track key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, forecast value add, and service levels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of demand planning tools and processes to enhance forecast quality and team efficiency.
  • Ensure planning activities align with global processes and support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, tools, and ways of working.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new joiners, and help train team members on new tools, processes, and demand planning best practices to strengthen team capability and consistency.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Approximately 7-10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, business analytics, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with forecasting, planning, and reporting tools such as MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Planning system experience such as SAP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods and an interest in applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled planning tools.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or CPG environments is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of S&OP or integrated business planning processes.
