The Team and Role:

We are currently looking for a Global Account Manager to drive Logitech’s commercial B2B growth across key enterprise accounts. Our culture thrives on collaboration, inclusion, and relentless execution—we work hard to exceed targets while fostering a supportive, high-energy environment.

In this role, you will lead complex, high-value sales cycles, influencing C-suite executives and key decision-makers to position Logitech's enterprise solutions. You will serve as the strategic orchestrator across internal sales engineers, alliance partners, channels, and marketing teams to win global deployments and expand our market footprint.

The ideal candidate for this role lives in the Houston, Texas or surrounding area.

This role requires 50%+ travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

Your Contribution:

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive global account plans, coordinating with regional peers and cross-functional stakeholders to capture market share.
  • Executive Engagement & Influence: Drive direct engagement with VP- and C-level executives, leveraging consultative selling to map Logitech solutions to complex customer business needs.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Execution: Manage full-cycle sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue quotas, maintaining pipeline accuracy and forecasting rigor within Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Enterprise Deal Leadership: Lead high-stakes RFPs, global pricing negotiations, deployment planning, and standards wins across complex, multi-region accounts.
  • Ecosystem Alignment: Partner closely with System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and alliance partners to streamline global fulfillment and execution.
  • Client Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and conduct hands-on solution demonstrations to communicate Logitech's value proposition.
  • Ability to create strong stories on own and through the use of innovative technologies (such as AI) for presentation purposes.
Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Track Record: Extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales managing large, global accounts with direct quota responsibility.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Unified Communications (UC) and cloud-based solutions. Hands-on experience selling Video Collaboration hardware/software is highly preferred.
  • Account Strategy & Execution: Proven history of building and running multi-stakeholder global account plans within enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce proficiency required; LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred).
  • Deal Navigation: Demonstrated success negotiating and closing large-scale RFPs and complex global deployments.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with a track record of selling to C-suite decision-makers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team-first, inclusive leader with a strong passion for winning and shaping a high-performing culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient reporting.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to innovate within a growing business.
  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
  • The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment.
  • Proven ability to scale collaboration and achievement of growth metrics with partners.
