Role Summary

This role plays a key role in the development and visualization of data and dashboards to identify opportunities and drive process improvements. The individual will play a significant part in identifying process and performance gaps causing misses to critical metrics and KPIs. The role also involves inventory optimization and development of the Service Parts S&OP process.

Responsibilities

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

1. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
2. Data Sourcing and Integration: Source and integrate data from various internal and external sources to support comprehensive analysis and cross-validation efforts.
3. Analytical Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex problems, focusing on areas of opportunity for efficiency within the organization using data and metrics.
4. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance data processes, reporting capabilities, and overall data maturity, including automation and workflow optimization.
5. Identify process and performance gaps causing misses to critical metrics and KPIs.
6. Drive inventory improvements to achieve inventory targets.
7. Seek out new innovations and strategies to improve inventory position.
8. Develop and lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Service Parts Planning.
9. Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in structuring, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets supporting Service Operations. Experience with dbt, Databricks is a plus.

- Experience with machine learning models and AI algorithms to analyze datasets and derive insights.

- Deployment of statistical methods to validate data and results.

- Ability to create dashboards and presentations using data visualizations (HEX Workspace, Google Slides).

- Working knowledge of SQL and Python is required.

- Prior experience with S&OP development and implementation.

- Inventory management experience leading to improved inventory turns.

- Experience with Servigistics, PTC Spare Parts Planning software.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.

- Project management skills to handle multiple projects under deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to stand or sit for 8-10 hours per day.

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Applicants: $135,000 to $168,000, based on experience and other factors.
