What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage employment data processes
- Audit employee and contingent worker changes in HR systems to ensure data integrity
- Process full lifecycle requests for contingent workers from pre-boarding to contract termination
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the employee data lifecycle, providing guidance to stakeholders
- Assist with SOX control audits, including data auditing and process review

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of HR-related work experience in a high-growth organization
- Experience with Workday or other HCM systems
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various HR and People Operations processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Ticketing system
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Strong customer service orientation and confidentiality awareness
