Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise or solution data architecture for healthcare/pharma environments.
• Cloud-based data environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience in data modelling, MDM, interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7), and analytics tooling.
• Familiarity with patient data structures including EHR, CRM (Salesforce/Veeva), consented interactions, and support workflows.
• Proven ability to design governance, security, performance, and innovation frameworks.
• Strong communicator who can articulate architectural decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Data Architect for a Fulltime position with a client located in Andover, MA.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000/ Year(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Location: Fort Washington, PA

Purpose: As our Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing the technical data foundation that underpins the entire platform. This includes the strategic design and implementation of data models, integrations, governance protocols, and real-time data services to support personalized patient journeys, performance analytics, and secure data handling. You will ensure our system is resilient, extensible, and aligns with the unique needs of healthcare data flows and regulatory compliance.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in enterprise or solution data architecture, ideally in patient-facing, regulated, or pharma environments.
• Demonstrated experience building data systems within a cloud-based ecosystem (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience in data modelling, MDM, interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), and analytics tooling.
• Familiarity with patient data structures including EHR, CRM (Salesforce/Veeva), consented interactions, and support workflows.
• Proven ability to design frameworks that balance governance, security, performance, and innovation.
• Strong communicator who can clearly articulate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
