What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain, optimize, document, and manage data processes in a Cloud-based environment to meet business needs.
- Manipulate data using SQL, Snowflake, and Excel to provide actionable insights for internal customers.
- Build reporting and data visualizations to drive strategies and measure interventions for achieving health goals.
- Ensure completion of yearly projects supporting team-specific roadmap items aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate data and reports for accuracy and validity, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulations.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst utilizing SQL
- 4+ years of ETL experience in tools such as Alteryx, Streamlit, or Python
- 3+ years of experience with process improvement and evaluation of business processes
- 2+ years of Cloud experience using APIs, Kafka, Azure Databricks, and GitHub
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of and experience using HEDIS, Pharmacy, or Medicare Star Ratings
- Experience with large, diverse healthcare data for analytic purposes
- Understanding of Star Rating, PQA, HEDIS, and NCQA technical specifications
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members
- Proven comfort in rapidly-changing environments
