$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and a background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or reinsurance. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, interpret, and transform complex data across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data mapping between source and target systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Analyze data quality and identify inconsistencies or gaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and migration efforts
• Create documentation for data flows, transformations, and mapping logic

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or reinsurance
• Proficiency in SQL (e.g., joins, CTEs, aggregations)
• Experience with data mapping and transformation logic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization or ETL tools is a plus
