What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer-facing initiatives to develop mutual success plans and engagement strategies
- Ensure the overall success of customers by managing vision planning, customer health, and multi-solution adoption
- Act as the main contact throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring cohesive communication at all levels
- Drive product adoption using data insights to track customer progress and maturity
- Advocate for customers internally by sharing strategic use cases and feedback to enhance service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
- A minimum of 10 years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and Digital Marketing
- Proven ability to drive customer success and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with conflict navigation and partnership cultivation abilities
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Program Management within large organizations
- Existing knowledge of software in the digital marketing and digital media space
- Ability to lead executive-level discussions and presentations
- Flexibility to travel approximately 30%
