Job summary

Resideo is seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to serve as a primary contact for multiple divisions and accounts. You will handle order inquiries, changes, RMAs, and credits, while supporting order processing tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

You will work across Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales, Product Management, and more to ensure accurate order entry, expedited processing, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service/account-related experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Talkdesk.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions.
• Keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and support customer orders and return tasks accurately.
• Resolve issues on damaged or missing shipments and filing discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support for accounts and divisions to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve shortages and deductions on High Radius platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and outside reps to ensure proper pricing on each order.

Job Description

Serve as a customer contact for multiple divisions and accounts for the Electronic Division and the Retail Division, within Resideo. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, issues, order changes, RMAs, and credits. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments and stakeholders, such as, but not limited to, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Outside Sales Representatives, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support order processing tasks including order entry, expediting orders, changing orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. We're looking for someone to help Resideo be our customer's top choice by delivering excellent customer care and building up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs! Job Duties

• Process and support customer orders and return processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Work with customers on short, damaged, or missing shipments to resolve issues, including filing shipping discrepancies.
• Provide all-encompassing administrative support of accounts and divisions to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
• Work with the Finance team to resolve shortages, fines and deductions on their platform, High Radius
• Work with Sales and outside rep agencies to ensure proper pricing is applied to each order.

You Must Have

• 2+ years of customer service/account-related experience
• Working knowledge of SAP and Demonstrated proficiency in all software applications in Microsoft office, Salesforce and Talkdesk, etc.)
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions.
• A keen attention to detail.
