Job DescriptionThe salary range for this role is$80,000 - $110,000/year + Bonus
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Education Manager to lead the strategy and operations of our client-facing LMS (Docebo) and drive the development of best-in-class, self-serve digital onboarding experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about simplifying complex SaaS tools through engaging e-learning—and ready to take ownership of platform governance, instructional quality, and team leadership. You'll have the opportunity to mentor a small team of custom educational professionals and collaboratecross-functionally to ensure our clients (primarily CPG manufacturers) can onboard and grow with confidence across our consumer panel, promotional data, and DIY survey platforms.
