Job Description

The salary range for this role is$80,000 - $110,000/year + Bonus

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Education Manager to lead the strategy and operations of our client-facing LMS (Docebo) and drive the development of best-in-class, self-serve digital onboarding experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about simplifying complex SaaS tools through engaging e-learning—and ready to take ownership of platform governance, instructional quality, and team leadership. You'll have the opportunity to mentor a small team of custom educational professionals and collaboratecross-functionally to ensure our clients (primarily CPG manufacturers) can onboard and grow with confidence across our consumer panel, promotional data, and DIY survey platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the administration, structure, and performance of our Docebo LMS.
  • Lead a small team of content creators and education specialists.
  • Design scalable onboarding journeys that reduce the need for 1:1 support.
  • Set and uphold high-quality standards for e-learning content.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify learning needs and translate them into digital education experiences.
Skills & Requirements
  • 3–5 years in customer education, instructional design, or LMS administration (Docebo experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning.
  • Bonus: Experience with CPG clients or SaaS data platforms.
