Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior CT Technologist in the San Francisco area to perform CT exams in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires adaptability for rotation, nights, weekends and on-call coverage, with responsibility for training students and new hires. The candidate must hold ARRT CT certification, ARRT licensure, JCERT-accredited radiology training, venipuncture and BLS certifications, and possess at least three years of acute care CT experience;

Qualifications

• Three (3) years minimum experience in acute care CT modality.
• Graduate of a JCERT accredited radiology technology training program.
• Flexible scheduling with ability to rotate shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to assist at UCSF Medical Center locations.
• ARRT Licensure and ARRT (CT) Certification.
• Venipuncture and BLS certifications.
• Teaching: Lead/Coordinator and mentoring responsibilities.
• Mentoring new employees and students (excludes Per Diem).

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor students and new hires when necessary.
• Rotate shifts and cover nights, weekends, and holidays; be available for call.
• Interact with anesthesia and other patient care departments in the CT environment.
• Participate in teaching BASIC and ADVANCED procedures.

The Senior CT Technologist is a CRT/ARRT Technologist who maintains an ARRT sponsored CT Certification. This individual must also be certified and demonstrate competency in performing injection procedures necessary for CT. This Technologist must demonstrate the ability to perform CT exams in both the inpatient and outpatient environment, be able to work safely in an acute care setting and be able to interact accordingly with anesthesia and other patient care departments that visit the CT environment. Additionally, the Senior CT Technologist must participate with the training of students and new hires when necessary.

The position must have flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to rotate shifts and coverage for nights, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to take call as well.

Required
