Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Agency Operations Manager to support a global creative organization. Mostly remote with some onsite in Culver City, this role focuses on external partner management, agency sourcing, RFP coordination, and creative resource operations.

You will identify the right partners, translate creative needs into clear scopes of work, and manage budgets, timelines, and agency relationships from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in agency operations, creative operations, agency management or related field.
• Experience managing external agency relationships within corporate or in-house creative org.
• Understanding of creative functions including strategy, concept design and production.
• Experience with RFPs, scoping, budgeting, SOW development and vendor negotiations.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows, agency onboarding and partner management systems.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate creative agency partners based on project needs and capabilities.
• Manage relationships with existing agency partners and build a network of new resources.
• Coordinate RFPs, agency evaluations, scopes of work, budgets and pricing discussions.
• Partner with creative and production teams to define project requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate agency introductions, capabilities presentations, project feedback and debriefs.
• Maintain agency databases, preferred partner lists and workflows (Airtable and internal ticketing).
• Track scopes, budgets, timelines and daily deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Support agency onboarding, NDAs, procurement processes and vendor documentation.
• Build cross-functional relationships and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

You can identify the right partners for a project, translate creative needs into clear scopes of work, and manage budgets, timelines, and agency relationships from start to finish. Experience managing external agency partnerships within a corporate or in-house environment is highly valued.
