Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an experienced Business Systems professional to lead end-to-end Coupa solution design and enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, and training. You will oversee supplier enablement, cXML connections, and manage ERP interfaces to ensure smooth document flow across systems.

The role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-growing organization. Knowledge of MuleSoft, PI/PO, and SAP S/4HANA is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years prior implementation, solution design, and administration of Coupa or similar platform.
• Minimum of 4 years prior experience managing various types of interfaces between ERP systems and Coupa or a similar platform.
• Coupa certifications, preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for system enhancements and new releases for Topgolf’s Coupa applications including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, system configuration, testing, training, SOPs and post-production support.
• Drive supplier enablement efforts for key vendors, partnering with the Coupa administrator on cXML connection setup, testing, and management of cXML vendor connections.
• Provide support for system users on new and existing functionality as needed.
• Manage interfaces into and out of Coupa, including monitoring performance and errors, making corrections as needed to enable documents to properly flow in and out, determining root causes.
• Build and maintain forms, approval chains, analytics and AIC reports in Coupa based on evolving business needs.
• Maintain lookup values from GL master data changes in SAP.
• Perform activities to support the Company’s internal control environment, including user access approvals and quarterly control certifications.

Job description
