Job summary

IntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company’s growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs. This role will work closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a range of issues.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house).
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Functional knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy generally, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Management a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations.
• Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response.
• Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality.
• Assist with corporate governance and internal policies.
• Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations.
