You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding using RTX processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Perform a wide variety of intricate administrative duties requiring professionalism, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and sound judgement. This includes managing calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minutes changes. Arrange for conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other essential services for meetings and conferences. Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to meeting minutes, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials. Attend meetings and other functions as requested. Plan and coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding activities for employees using Raytheon tools, processes, and procedures. Work with the PG&C administrative team on various projects, as well as, assisting with improving processes where necessary.
