Job summary

LeoForce in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BAS Controls Technician to install, program, commission, and service building automation systems on commercial projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality control solutions while working directly with customers, project teams, and field technicians.

You’ll troubleshoot, program, and commission DDC systems across sites, verify performance, and maintain accurate as-built records, collaborating with subcontractors and internal teams for project

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and control sequences.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara (N4/AX) or Distech platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot, program, and commission DDC systems.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in the field.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Currently looking to hire a BAS Controls Technician in the Charlotte area. This role is focused on installing, programming, commissioning, and servicing building automation systems (BAS) across commercial projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality control solutions while working directly with customers, project teams, and field technicians.

What You’ll Do
