Join to apply for the Sr. Controls & Automation Technician (Nights) role at Ocean Spray Cranberries.

Ocean Spray is hiring for a Sr. Controls & Automation Support Technician responsible for supporting automation systems in manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include evaluating automation needs, maintaining systems, assisting in equipment training, and supporting FSQA processes.

A Day in the Life:

• Evaluate and select automation hardware and software to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Manage controls and automation system testing, quality control, data retrieval, and training.
• Assess and maintain effectiveness of automation systems and manage change processes.
• Develop and maintain control system documentation and procedures.
• Support food safety and quality initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience configuring and programming Allen-Bradley Powerflex drives, PanelView/Plus, and PLC hardware.
• Skills troubleshooting Ethernet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, and Remote I/O networks.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, PFDs, perform PID tuning, and calibrate instruments.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree.
