Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Enable sales growth, customer satisfaction, service and product capabilities by guiding our internal organizations in aligning our operational policies, commercial contract terms, and industry and regulatory trajectories.
  • Work cross-functionally and across Legal to bring innovative products and programs to market by ensuring that we have the appropriate agreements, internal policies and processes in-place to drive adoption at scale.
  • Assist our Contracts team in responding to GenAI deal questions by creating playbooks, reference materials plus on-going enablement for our Commercial attorneys.
  • Support Account Sales Teams, and Commercial Legal in complex Now Assist GenAI deal cycles.
  • Ensure the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in-place, enabling our account teams to sell using those terms.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal roles; software/SaaS experience is an advantage.
  • BS/MS in Legal Studies; MBA Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, and self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Dependable with deliverables and deadlines, program management experience a plus.
