Alpha Generation is seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin, to join their dynamic team focused on power and commodities trading. This role involves reviewing and negotiating contracts and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in energy-related contract negotiation and a strong understanding of commercial energy activities. They will work closely with various internal teams to ensure that all contracts are handled efficiently and align with company policy.

Position Overview: Reporting to AlphaGen’s General Counsel, the Sr. Contracts Administrator is responsible for leveraging their experience to assist with the review, redlining, and negotiation of legal and financial terms in wholesale energy trading contracts and, confirmations, and ancillary agreements and maintain responsibility for handling all stages of the contract process from initial drafting to execution, serving as the primary liaison between Commercial, Legal, Credit, and Risk Management, and the key point of contact with counterparties.
